Generating leads is useless if internal systems can't handle them. I operate in a constant revolving door across the entire commercial lifecycle. I start in marketing to create demand, then build the custom tools, data pipelines, and workflows needed to make the sales, admin, and operational processes actually run smoothly.

I don't settle for off-the-shelf software and make a square peg fit a round hole. I map out the logic required to solve the problem, and use critical thinking and AI to deploy bespoke systems quickly. It’s a continuous loop of redesigning broken processes, surfacing the right info so the business can make decisions, and evolving the infrastructure. Marketing, systems, and data finally working the way they should.
